Mindfulness Courses

 

 

 

 

The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) combines ancient meditation with modern science and psychology.

 

It includes sitting meditations, gentle mindful movement and walking and is suitable for people of all physical abilities.

 

This course involves regular home practice of at least 30 minutes a day, as well as attendance at 2-hour weekly sessions and a full retreat day. Please note the first and last sessions are 3 hours to allow for introductions and endings respectively.

 

No plans for an 8-week course at the moment.

Mindfulness means intentionally paying attention to what you are experiencing

in the present moment, with curiosity, self-compassion, acceptance

and without judgement.

    Still Mindful Evening

 For those with some experience of Mindfulness to refresh and renew their practice.
