What:
Daily walking and yoga.
We will practice mindful yoga, breathing and meditation in a room exclusively for our group.
We will have varied walks from the doorstep.
You should be able to walk 6 miles comfortably.
Accommodation:
Single and shared rooms - all en suite.
Opportunity to upgrade to premium room.
